Silver Home Rentals should be avoided at all cost. Avoid Silver Home Rentals I wouldn’t recommend this company to manage my property. They bring in the rent checks, but that’s it, they didn’t “manage†the property. Their website says they perform “regular inspections†to avoid costly repairs, but I never received any inspection reports. They dealt with me for most of the issues, but when there were disputes, the agent refused to talk to me about it, claiming I wasn’t on the management agreement.
